When you submit the assessment form, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, work email, and any practice information you add (practice name, clinic count, denial rate, current billing setup, and your message). We also capture standard campaign parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrived on, so we know which outreach reached you.
This site uses analytics to understand traffic at an aggregate level. Analytics may set cookies. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
We use what you send to review your practice, reply to you, and have a conversation about your revenue cycle. That’s the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing sequence you didn’t ask for.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our team. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers we use to operate this site and respond to you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address on our contact page and we’ll handle it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date above changes with it.
